Soccer

So, somehow I was talked into playing on a coed soccer team starting today. Ya, I did play soccer for 12 years growing up but let's face it; the last time I played was 10 plus years ago. I AM SO NERVOUS!! First of all, I just had a baby 7 months ago (well I guess that is not too bad), and I am not in good enough shape to play 2, 40 minute halves!! I don't know what is wrong with me but I can barely eat today. David is just laughing at me and he won't let me back out. He'll actually play too if they need him. I'm probable just being silly but I need to get this over with today so I can feel normal again. Hopefully I don't fall flat on my face out of pure exhaustion!! I'll let you know how it goes. Wish me luck....

Libby Lu

Chloe has been begging me to do this. Everytime she sees Libby Lu at Downtown Disney or at our mall she asks and asks when she can do it. She ended up looking so cute and I needed to adjust the settings on my camera so I took her to get her picture taken to capture the moment. You look so cute Chloe!

Cherry Picking

It's cherry picking season so we took the kids! They wanted to get dressed up for the occasion as you can see. We had a lot of fun and ended up with too many cherries!!

Basketball

David and I both grew up playing sports, but neither of us were really basketball players. So when I took Jacob to basketball I was really impressed with his skills. He can dribble and shoot really well! He's in a class where they teach the kids the fundamentals of basketball. They were doing a drill where they run up to the basket and shoot. I suppose they are supposed to be doing a layup but these kids are 4 and 5 so it doesn't really work out that way. Anyways, Jacob was the last to go. When it was his turn his coach said to him, "Ok Jacob, I know you know how to shoot so let's see you go up there and make it your first try." That is exactly what he did. Way to go Jacob!!

Our budding photographer..

First I want to tell everyone Happy Belated Mother's Day!! This year I was lucky enough to have my birthday fall on Mother's Day. :( It's really ok. The weekend didn't start out too good with Bella getting double ear infections again. (You're probably tired of hearing about it.) This is the 4th time in her very short life. The doctors are hoping that as summer comes she will do better. Despite Bella being sick, my family did the best they could to make Sunday special for me. Thank you to them and I love you very much. My life would be empty without my husband and my children. I would post some pictures if I had some, but we all saw how the last Disneyland pictures turned out.

So our little Jacob loves to take pictures. Whenever he sees the camera he picks it up and starts snapping away. Here's some pictures he took the last couple of days.

The Williams through the eyes of Jacob...

David made pancakes and eggs this morning. The eggs don't look to appetizing but they were good.

I know, Disneyland again...

I'm obviously not doing too well on keeping up with our blog. Like I said before, we have been so busy it's hard to find time. Here's a few posts showing some of the things happening in our life right now.

We really wanted to get away for a few days so we decided to go to Disneyland. It was a lot of fun to spend some quality time together. David's step mom, son and family joined us for one of the days. The kids enjoyed Disneyland and they also enjoyed swimming at our hotel. I don't know why but I didn't take any pictures of them swimming. This was Bella's first trip to Disneyland where she could really see what was going on. The first day we were there she barely slept! She kept waking up to watch everything going on around her. She was so tired by time we left that she went right to sleep!

Here's the only proof that I was even there. I don't even remember why I took this picture but unfortunately it is the only picture I am sort of in.

Good job David!!

David is always busy working hard at work. His jobs always differ in the amount of time they take to get done. The amount of jobs he has going on at one time also varies. He has had one job in particular that he has been working on since the start of the new year. It was a complete condo remodel in Beverly Hills. He was able to finish it last week and it's a load off his shoulders. Pictures never really do justice in this situation and he doesn't have any before pictures but here is a couple of after pictures. He said he wishes he would have taken better pictures but here are a couple that he does have. Way to go David!! Thanks for working so hard for us!! We love you!!
